Trading Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you read and understand these conditions:

Trading Terms

The attached quotation is valid for 30 days. We will require these trading terms and your quotation to be signed prior to commencing any work.

Pulse Audio Technology will schedule work as closely as possible to suit your time frames and deadlines. Please provide us with your due dates on the attached schedule form. We will finalise the dates for each stage of the contract work prior to commencement and payments will fall due as follows:

A 50% deposit is required before any contract work commences. Progress payments will be due on the agreed dates. Payment of the balance amount is to be paid on completion.

Should there be any delay or change to your scheduled dates, the progress payment will still be applicable as per the original schedule.

These delays include the construction program, changes in site conditions, integration of equipment with data or electrical systems installed by other contractors or any other factor necessitating our re-scheduling of your work timetable. The equipment is purchased according to the original timetable.

Any variations applicable to the contract work will be invoiced on completion, and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

Pulse Audio Technology reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on outstanding invoices.

All equipment remains the property of Pulse Audio Technology until full payment has been received.

Cancellation of any goods or services after receipt of a purchase order must be provided in writing to Pulse Audio Technology. The customer will be liable for all costs incurred by Pulse Audio Technology including any re-stocking fees and freight charges. This payment will be due within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

Product Warranty

All Products come with a 12 month factory warranty except where equipment is stipulated to have extended supplier warranty. Equipment sold by Pulse Audio Technology has a strict 4 week replacement warranty. After this time period a repair warranty becomes effective.
